A Wish For Animals is desperately in need of grants, sponsors and donations for our daily operations and for securing a no-kill shelter of our own. We have recently identified a property which could provide temporary housing for our rescued pets until we find them permanent homes.

She is working hard to educate our citizens about vaccinations, nutrition and spay/neuter programs so that we can manage pet overpopulation and disease.

A Wish For Animals is a 100% nonprofit, no-kill rescue. We are run solely by volunteers who dedicate their time and resources to rescuing homeless pets from animal shelters who are often moments away from being euthanized. We often provide medical care to these neglected, abused and injured animals

Our goal is to secure a no-kill facility where rescued pets can be safely sheltered and treated with the love and respect they deserve until we find loving, lifetime homes for them

We are trying to raise enough money to purchase and renovate this property which would allow us to greatly increase the number of animals we rescue, eliminate high boarding fees and provide a more open, loving environment for the animals to be kept in rather than a lonely boarding facility.

We are always in great need of volunteers to provide foster homes for these pets until we can secure our own no-kill facility. Our Foster program enables the pet to be involved in a family environment while they are waiting to be placed in a permanent home.

A Wish for Animals Mission Statement

"A Wish for Animals" is a non-profit organization that has a big heart for animals.  We rescue animals that are in need or in danger.  We primarily rescue dogs and cats, but are always willing to try and help whenever there is an animal in need.  We also provide medical assistance funds, food, vaccinations and spay and neutering to
low income families or families that can not afford large medical bills for their pets.

A Wish for Animals has been rescuing animals for the past 5 years and we are run 100% by volunteers so all of our funds go directly to the animals for food, medical and boarding until we are able to place them in a forever home.  

Our mission is to help save as many animals as possible from suffering or death and to find them wonderful homes to spend the rest of their lives in. It's so amazing to see where these animals came from and where they end up in their new homes with so much love.  They are so grateful to have what so many of us take for granted every day!

A Wish for Animals is run 100% on donations and depends on them to continue in our mission. Thank you for helping us in our mission to save these wonderful lives!
